CWB President and Founder, David Chavern, will moderate the discussion with Barbara Annis, an authority on the topic of gender in the workplace. She, along with co-author John Gray of Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus fame, wrote Work With Me to take a deeper look at the biology and social influences that compel men and women to think and act as they do. Gender intelligence can lead to a competitive advantage, enabling individuals to achieve greater success and satisfaction in their professional and personal lives. It can also lead to a more harmonious work environment.
